Requirements for steel grating installation
(1) the steel grid plate shall be inspected and accepted according to the requirements of drawing \ design before installation, and the unqualified ones shall not be used in this project.
(2) before the installation of steel grid plate, the installation order must be determined, and the grid plate number on the drawing shall be installed in sequence.
(3) the installation procedure of steel lattice plate must be laid around from the steel ladder on the first floor of the structure.
(4) fasteners must be installed after each grille plate is installed (the number of mounting clips for each grille plate shall not be less than 2)
Or spot welding is firm, the steel lattice plate must be installed a fixed one, there is no fixed steel lattice plate is strictly prohibited from standing work, nor is it allowed to remove temporary protective measures.
(5) the steel lattice plate shall not be piled up on the steel beam, and the height of piled up on the installed steel lattice plate shall not exceed 1.2m.
(6) for grilles more than 2 meters in height, the safety belt must be fastened 100% and the life rope of the safety belt must be attached unconditionally.
(7) in the process of operation, operators should put small tools into the tool bag. It is not allowed to put small tools and accessories (hammer, wrench, crowbar, welding rod, etc.) directly on the steel lattice plate to prevent injuries caused by falling objects.
(8) fire prevention measures shall be implemented before electric welding and modification operations to prevent fire or personnel scalds.
(9) in principle, it is not allowed to cross the upper and lower two or more layers at the same time.If it is necessary to cross work, there must be effective isolation facilities between the two layers of work.
(10) protective measures shall be taken when moving, lifting, prying and moving steel lattice plates to prevent the steel lattice plates and operators from falling.
(11) during the operation, the dangerous area below the operation shall be surrounded or warning signs shall be set up and guardians shall be set up.
(12) severe weather, such as frost, snow, wind and rain, is not allowed to work in the upper air steel lattice industry.If necessary, effective anti-skid and communication measures should be taken to ensure good vision.
(13) the site shall be cleaned during the operation. Tools and cut metal materials shall not be stacked near the grille openings in the process of installation or removal. Residual materials at the edges and corners shall be recovered in time to prevent objects from hitting and scalding due to falling.
(14) upon completion of the work, the construction unit shall return the permit indicating "the work has been completed" to the person in charge of HSE of the project.The grille plate shall not be delivered for use until all the installation and laying have been completed, or the next working procedure is required after partial installation.
(15) the abandoned reserved holes, holes and openings must be permanently closed in accordance with the production regulations of the grille, and can only be delivered for use after passing the acceptance test.
(16) the setting of the platform beam shall consider the shelving length of the steel grid plate at both ends on the beam, the shelving length shall not be less than 25mm, the installation clearance of the two steel grids shall be 0 ~ 15mm, the longest of each plate shall be 4m, and the spacing between the two shelving beams shall not be more than 4m.
(17) the steel grille shall be disassembled on the ground before installation and arranged according to the drawing number and installation order of the platform plate.
Installation precautions
1, steel grating installation process in strict accordance with the design specifications for installation, laying should be fixed immediately, not until the next day in connection with the construction, to prevent the stampede accident.
2. After each layer or one unit grille is laid, the reserved holes, holes and openings shall be temporarily closed. If necessary, a safety net shall be laid below.If the hole diameter is large, scaffolding shall be erected around it for maintenance and warning signs shall be set up to prevent falling.
3. When installing the platform, railings and handrails shall be installed in place according to the design requirements to ensure safety and reliability.
4, the lifeline must be set up as required, participate in the installation of steel grille personnel must be correctly attached to the safety belt.
